How To Use

Step 1: Position the Insert
Place the larger side of the insert inside your clothing, starting from the base of your chest and pressing upward.

Step 2: Adjust and Secure

Step 3: Gentle Removal
Carefully peel the inserts from the top down. Avoid pulling too hard to protect your skin.
