After having an episiotomy with my first baby I used this. I had it packed in my hospital bag ready after seeing positive reviews. Initially I was cautious of spraying it directly on the stitches so put it on my maternity pads. It was definitely cooling and felt really nice. Around 3 days after the baby the pain got worse and I was concerned that I was getting an infection. I started spraying directly onto the stitches and by the next day all early signs of infection was gone and pain was much better. I used a lot of this and still have around 1/3 of the bottle left. I sure that this product sped up the healing and prevented an infection (I haven had a delivery without it so can compare). Would recommend it to anyone who is having a baby.
