After i had an episiotomy the pain was awful, i came across this item on google and gave it a go. At £20 it isnt cheap but i can honestly say its worth every penny. At first it didnt seem to help but after a couple of uses the relief was amazing. I found spraying it directly on to the pad worked best and provided longer relief. Would definatley recommend.
