Ended up with having a very traumatic birth with my son. I had lots of scraps, cuts and stitches all down one side. Im so glad I brought this as it really did help smoothe any stinging feeling or pain. I couldn’t of live without this after labour.I would spray this on my pad to help cool and sooth everything down there especially with the having second degree internal stitches that really swelled it just takes the edge off the swelling and pain I would always keep one with me if I was to go through labour again as I used religiously
