The spray was brillant and so worth purchasing after childbirth. Before it arrived I was experiencing a lot of discomfort and pain especially sitting down. Still really nice and soothing!Not much of a strong smell.Medium to small size but it is a 150ml bottle after all! Excelent for post partum along with some witch hazel pads 🙂
