This brace is very comfortable, and supports my neck/head perfectly while I sleep and/or when I am sitting at my computer. After suffering an injury to my head/neck 5 years ago, I have tried everything I have stumbled upon or have had people tell me about to try to help with my pain and headaches. As someone suffering from Persistant Post Traumatic Headaches (PPTH), and lingering pain in my neck from a workplace accident, I have been open to trying anything that may help reduce my pain. After just a few days of sleeping with this brace on, I noticed a massive reduction of early morning pain after waking. Most likely due to the firmness of this foam brace helping to keep my neck in a neutral/alligned position while I sleep. I occasionally also wear it when upright, especially after physio treatment , as it helps reduce the load/stress on my already sore neck muscles in the days after treatment. The fabric is nice and soft, and there is a washable sleeve which is very nice/convenient. Try it out if you are even remotely thinking it may help you, I am very glad that I did.

This a fantastic product! I cannot be more satisfied so, I’m taking the time to review it for those who might be needing/looking for something like this. (I rarely write long reviews, if any.) I have developed a low intensity but almost constant/chronic neck pain because of computer work. Over a year ago I ordered another brace but it didn’t work well and I returned it. Recently, I decided to try again as the pain was not going away and I though just massage and chiro wouldn’t be enough – I needed to retrain my posture and neck muscles. So, I took my time to look at everything that was available, and finally took a chance on this one. I was apprehensive because I wasn’t sure I would get the right size. I ordered M, which was about half an inch less than what I measured according to the instructions. It was the perfect fit. However, at first I thought I had ordered too big because my posture had shortened my muscles, but when I straightened out the way I did when I had to take the measures, it all fell into place, and my whole back body exhaled a sigh of relief. The back strap is adjustable so, it can be tightened exactly as needed. It is hard enough for support without it being disturbingly inflexible. The first day I wore it I felt a huge difference. I’ve been wearing it on and off for the better part of two weeks and alerady my posture has improved, not to mention that the pain is going away (and completely gone when I wear it). The only thing is that it is very warm so, when I wear it outside (now that it’s summer) sometimes I get too hot and I have to remove it. I am planning to make a silk sleeve for it to make it more bearable when it’s hot. But I imagine that, on the flip side, it would be perfect when the temperatures go down, doubling as a winter scarf. Another plus is that it looks good, not like a medical device, and goes with a lot of my clothes in seamless ways. Highly recommended!
