The onion holder works well on onions and a lot of other products. A reasonable price too.

I use to have one of these years ago and somehow the little food processor took its place. I was never happy with that because onions seemed mushy. One day I found this which is much more comfortable to hold than the old ones. I love it and even the family agrees our onions are much crisper.

When I saw this item, I really didn’t need it to assist cutting vegetables. What I did see was a use that was not mentioned. This is absolutely the best scotching fork for English Muffins. I decided to order one to test it and was not disappointed. The only disappointment is their description does not mention use for English Muffins. A terrible oversight – they would sell many just for this use.
