This is incredibly well made, it’s plush and cushiony making it comfortable to wear, it comes with perfect step by step instructions which makes it very easy to use. I have chronic neck pain and have tried a LOT of different neck traction devices and I find both either too uncomfortable or completely ineffective. I am 5′ 10″ with a long neck and was impressed with the range of motion on this, it was able to provide a nice amount of traction, I’m very happy with it. It is currently priced at $120 which is expensive but worth the price in my honest opinion.

I have mostly good things to say about this neck brace, but I do want to share both the positives and negatives. First the positives. This brace seems to be well-made, made of sturdy materials, and with good cushioning on all parts that will be in direct contact with you. The device is nicely adjustable. There is a knob at the back which adjusts the front to back distance with so that the device cradles you under your neck comfortably, and then there is a knob on each of the two sides, which you turn together to lift up the neck area, and that is where the primary traction is applied. There is an air pump which inflates an airbag around the back of the neck which applies a little more traction and creates a more custom fit. Everything is comfortable. This is much more comfortable and fits much better than a previous similar device that I tried which instead was essentially three air pillows on top of one another which when inflated was lifting up the neck area, but I that airbag version was much less comfortable in a number of ways, including that it seemed to press too much against the neck, and that other version felt like it was cutting off circulation because of how it tightens around the neck with inflation. This one does not press against the neck that way, and it definitely did not at all feel like it was cutting off circulation, and in that regard this design is much better. Similarly, this one is just very much more comfortable than the other version and also feels more solid and sturdy. I am definitely going to use this one and I will never use the other one again.
