For a Mexican size G I think the 4XL will be slightly large, they are quite comfortable but they sound when you walk. I will update comments when I check your absorbency.

I liked the quality, they are thin but the fabric feels sturdy and soft. I want them to use with a menstrual cup so later I will see how absorbent they are for leaks. I am a size G Mexican and size 3XL was perfect, calculate about two extra sizes to make them fit. Yes, they make noise when walking
