I have very difficult feet, one foot had bunion surgery correction which did not last, so my toe is crossing over again. The other foot has never had any kind of surgery so it has a very pronounced bunion. I put these on, and was very impressed. They offered a correction which would be very valuable to someone that has a beginning bunion. Very comfortable to wear in my shoes with socks on also. I really like them. One critique, I wear a size nine shoe and I think I could have used a little bit bigger length on the sock part, it did raise up a tad.

I will keep this product for future use (when I have discomfort from my bunions) but, I purchased it for another reason – to help “”re-align”” the toe….I thought it would re-position the big toe but, it doesn’t. I may have to buy another product that was advertised to do just that? I’m sure this is a great product for anyone who has pain or needs cushioning of the bunion when wearing shoes. I do recommend this product (for value as well).

I wear a size 10 wide width . I wore them one time already In my shoes and they stayed in place . I do hve to get used to my toes stretching a lil with these type of products which has nothing to do with this sleeve. But I believe this will be helpful with more usage over time .

My right big toe likes to wander over the top of the second toe because of an unsightly bunion. This sleeve pads the bunion itself. Doesn’t do a great job of keeping the big toe away from the second toe (I use a Zentoe separator for that), and can get crumpled up when I wear shoes, but I’m glad I have this soft, easy-to-wear device. The directions say that one of the sleeves is for the right foot and one is for the left, but I couldn’t see any difference at all and have worn both successfully on the right foot. I do recommend the sleeve as a first step in relieving bunion discomfort.
