I have a very vocal working breed (New Zealand Huntaway cross) who is on doggie prozac to take the edge off her zero to 100 split second energy, reactivity, and prey drive. She’s highly intelligent and very highly trained, but when she’s at 100 she’s a barking freak. She’ll down stay in that state but getting her focus back and controlling the bark was hard. A Huntaway is born to bark and drive stock and combined with a border collie you have the mix of GSD, Rottweiler, Border Collie to reign in. The Cisoly collar is kind and doesn’t drive reactive fear and on sound only it instantly redirects her attention back to me. In the yard it sends her back to me to check in. I keep it on while on our walk and it has almost eliminated barking at people, bikes, and dogs. One bark, check in, carry on walking. Previously it was a continuous and scary (for others) police dog like bark series. Given she’s an excellent watch dog we don’t 100% discourage the bark. But, after 1 week she’s toned down so much, even when not wearing the collar. She knows when it’s on though. I made one mistake though, I accidentally left it on to play and it caused her to abandon her favourite toy on the day as during play the collar went off. I do have one concern that she may skip warning and go straight for a bite, so I’m reading her very carefully and will abandon the collar if this occurs. So yes, I love the collar and found many applications for it.

I bought this for my Pom and Morkie . They love to bark all the time! They bark to go out at 5am. They bark just going downstairs and they bark at all the neighbors constantly non stop so I can only leave them outside for a few minutes or they drive the neighbors insane. I have used this 1 day and it feels like I have new dogs. They jump up in there playpen to go outside no barking. They run down the stairs playfully but without that crazy barking. I put my morkie on 4 and my Pom is on 6 on lower settings it wasn’t enough to stop either of them. The collars are cute we had to do a lot of adjusting so it would fit them. They don’t seem uncomfortable they don’t try to take them off. What you hear is a beep that gets louder when the setting is higher and it vibrates. Right when I raised the setting to the best Levi for them and it made the noise they stoped looked around confused and stoped barking. Soooo happy !!
