I was kind of hesitant to believe a vibrating bark collar would do the job for my always barking dog. We have 3 dogs. The one causes the other 2 to bark too. Since I put it on the bark-provoking dog Lady, she instantly responded to the vibration. It did take a few tries at the Sensitivity Level. The instructions suggest starting between 1-3, and it goes up to 7. 1-3 seemed not to work. I found it worked well at 4-5. The bark collar responds to noise, which is on the inside of the collar. I’m assuming it’s closest to their vocal cords. It took my dog 1 day, and by the 2nd day, she knew the vibration was from barking. Overall, I am really happy, especially that it is rechargeable.

I have two dogs – an instigator and a follower. The instigator hears ANYTHING (including but not limited to doorbells on TV) and raises an alarm. The follower only barks because she wants to be included in everything. I’ve only had the collars for a few days and am truly amazed at how fast they started working. Made for some great laughs as my barker sat there like he was revving his engine trying to see how loud he could get without setting it off. For the price of both collars, the difference in the noise level in my house is insane! P.S. the cats are ecstatic!

This is the best bark collar I have ever used. My dog is not scared to have it on, and she’s doing very well. She is so far not really barked. She’s learning very quickly, and I like the fact that it does not shock; it only vibrates or makes a sound, which is a very positive thing. I don’t believe in the ones that shock dogs.
