How To Use

STEP 1: Prepare and Position
Place the larger side of the insert inside your clothing, starting from the bottom of your bust and pressing upwards.

STEP 2: Secure and Adjust
Scoop your breasts up and towards the center. Press the insert firmly to secure it in place.

STEP 3: Remove Gently
To remove, gently peel off the inserts from the top down. Avoid pulling harshly to protect your skin.

STEP 4: Dry and Store
Hand wash with mild soap. Air dry adhesive side up, and store once dry.
