I thought that the Velcro closure on the back of the head might be hard to get used to, but I don’t even feel it, even when sleeping in my back. I am right between the two sizes and am glad I ordered the larger size. I hand washed it before use per the instructions. It air dried fast, very little odor, and I am sensitive to that. Super comfortable, good sleep!

This chin strap is much better quality than the first one I purchased. The velcro is sewn into the fabric, instead of being just a tab sewn onto the fabric. It has a larger female area for the velcro, so it is more adjustable than other straps. I can adjust the pressure on my chin much better than previous owned straps. Therefore, it keeps my mouth closed better. One review said that it was uncomfortable on his bald head. I am bald and I did not experience this discomfort.

My snoring has stopped since i’ve been using this chin strap. It’s the third one I tried and I have to say it is pretty comfortable (at least as much as a chin strap can be!)
Not only does my wife sleep better, but I do as well. I don’t wake up as much during the night, and when I do I no longer have that horrible dry mouth sensation. Don’t worry if you can’t get used to it right from the start, it’s normal to need some time to adapt yourself.
