I have worn CPAP to sleep in at night forever it seems and I need a chin strap because my jaw won’t stay shut. This is no kidding the very first one that I slept through the entire night without any discomfort or tearing it off my head and throwing it across the room in frustration. I have very sensitive skin and I don’t need to do anything to keep it from bothering me. I “highly” recommend this chinstrap…it costs slightly more than I have paid for, but there you go with that rule about you get what you pay for. So happy with this product! I think I will get a couple more in case they run out or stop making them.

So I use a CPAP machine and have recently had dry mouth. I use the nose pillows mask and was told by my doctor that was probably happening is that my mouth was opening. He recommended that I try a chin strap. So I got one from the same place my CPAP machine came from. It was literally a single strap, meaning it simply went around my head (top of my head and chin). It worked BUT the strap kept slipping off during the night. But not this product. It definitely stays in place and I find it very comfortable. Now my mouth stays closed and doesn’t dry out. I would highly recommend this product as an excellent chin straps that stays on your head and in place no matter how much you toss and turn.

I bought few different types not know if or what I’d like. While not the cheapest on the market, I like that it’s material isn’t very elastic, meaning once set at size it doest continue to squeeze tighter. Not a huge difference, but it caused it to be my fav. Kinda wish I tried one with a small mouth guard to align the teeth and pull the lower jaw forward.
