Sleep is very important to overall health. I spent almost 12 years not sleeping because of undiagnosed sleep apnea. Since getting my CPAP I have gone through 4 different chin straps, the last two left stains on pillows and velcro wore out too easily.
I should also point out that I grind my teeth at night and also wear a bite guard when I sleep after a recommendation from my dentist. I told him and my doctor that I am not not putting one more thing on my head to sleep. I already look like I am getting in a two person diving bell when I get in bed as it is.
With that said, the PrimeSiesta Anti Snoring Chin Strap has been awesome so far. Much more comfortable than others I have used including the one I got with my CPAP. Would recommend to anyone looking for anti snoring solution.

I suffer from heavy snoring and this is the third chin strap that I tried. I was beginning to give up with this kind of products until I bought this brand.
First of all, I must say the quality is excellent. The neoprene feels comfortable (although it may get a bit warm) and, most importantly, it stays in place. I am highlighting this as other brands felt weird and they always slipped off!
Secondly, it actually works! My wife and kids couldn’t believe they didn’t hear me snoring the first few nights. This was a huge relief for me as, even though they are used to me now, I always felt bad with myself for being such a pain!
For last, the fact that I don’t wake up with my mouth dry anymore is making a big difference. This can be really annoying as I usually had to get my mouth wet before I could fall asleep again.

I recently started on a CPAP machine. My machine came with a cheap chin strap which kept slipping off my head and was not very comfortable. The Prime Siesta Chin Strap is so much better. It is exceptionally comfortable. Hugs your head without squashing it. Easy to adjust. Works with my CPAP (nose pillows) mask. And if you put it on a little crooked, there are plenty of places to put your fingers in to tug in a little one way or the other. If this one wears out, I would buy it again in an instant. One last thing — If you sleep part of your night without it and then want it later on, it is easy to put on in the dark.
