I really recommend this watch to everyone who wants to keep track of their health, who wants to get notifications, have some handy apps on their watch, or all of the above. It measures your temperature every 10 minutes, you heart rate and blood pressure every 30 minutes, you can manually measure your blood oxygen and blood sugar. It also tracks your sleep schedule. I searched for a smart watch that would track every aspect of my general health and I definitely found the perfect one! I love it and will wear it every day!

Great watch, Does everything it says it should. Tells time, heart rate, blood pressure, skin temp, body temp, and GLUCOSE measurements. Hband software doesn’t have glucose logging, but has almost everything else. Highly recommend.
